To schedule an appointment
please call
(631) 385-9377. Since it is important that our services run
smoothly, we ask that you please arrive on time for your
appointment. If you are receiving a facial, body treatment or
massage, please arrive 15 minutes earlier to complete a personal skin
evaluation.
Cancellations
If
you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us
with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make
it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
Emergencies
Our office provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours-a-day, 7
days-a-week. Call (631)

contacted immediately.
Health Insurance Plans
Our
office
participates with Vytra health insurance. Our office staff
is available to assist you in understanding and maximizing your
particular insurance benefits.
It is our desire, to remove any obstacles which
could prevent you from your desired procedure. That is why we
accept MasterCard and Visa, and can provide you with information
about financing programs.
